EasyPose

Blender add‑on for saving and loading armature poses into user‑defined categories, with camera‑rendered thumbnail previews.
Originally built to speed up posing DAZ Genesis 9 characters, but should work with any Blender armature.

Overview

EasyPose Plus is a Blender add‑on that lets you:

• Organize poses into sub‑folder “categories”
• Save armature poses to JSON with one click
• Render 256×256 PNG thumbnails via the active camera
• Browse your pose library with thumbnail previews in the sidebar
• Load poses back onto your rig (optionally to selected bones)

Installation

1. Download or clone this repo.
2. In Blender Edit → Preferences → Add‑ons, click Install and select easypose-plus.zip (or the .py file).
3. Enable “EasyPose Plus” and set your Pose Library Root in the sidebar.

Usage

1. In the 3D View → Sidebar → EasyPose Plus panel:
   • Pick or create a Category (sub‑folder under your root).
   • Click Scan to list existing poses.
   • Click Save to store the current pose + thumbnail.
   • Select a pose from the list (thumbnails shown) and click Load.
